Practice questions vs Mocks

i’ve been working on mocks since finishing the CFA practice question bank (all free) and i feel like the concepts tested are much simpler in the mocks and a lot of the heavy difficult to process content is left out. is that true of the exam as well or since i don’t have a large sample size of mocks to go off of it’s possible that it’s just that the mocks i have are leaving them out? the questions feel very surface level compared to the practice questions testing, and from my readings of the theory i feel like there’s a lot of complicated concepts not being tested, particularly in derivatives where there’s so much information but the same few question types seem to be asked.

candidates who’ve taken the exam before, has the LES been down for hours so close to exams ever before, and how did they compensate if it has happened? I literally have 5 days to my exam, i feel like they’ll downplay the severity since it’s been less than 24 hours but with so little time it’s actually terrible for me, i’ve been hammering practice questions and i was going to take a mock today and i know i should’ve been on this a while back but regardless having no access to the learning ecosystem so close to the exam is actually insane, i feel lost now because the LES was the only resource i’ve been using
