Backpacking Shoulder Pain - What am I doing Wrong?
I seem to get neck and shoulder pain anytime I am backpacking since switching over to deuter. I did get my deuter backpack AFTER being sized and fitted at REI, and them helping me determine it was a good fit. It feels really good at first, and then the pain starts after an hour or so of walking.
Has this happened to anyone with deuter specifically? I am wondering if it is a brand issue (maybe not built for my specific body type) or if I am wearing it incorrectly. I will upload a photo of the backpack on me in the comments.
To note, I started off backpacking with an Osprey and I don’t think I remember experiencing shoulder pain like this. I also have two deuters, and it happens with both of them.
