I’m 3 weeks post op and my period has started.

Did anyone else have an awful time with their first period post op??

I feel like I’m back at the same pain level as end of week 1. I normally get bad period pain but this is much worse. I’m off pretty much every med except occasional paracetamol.

What did you do to help with the pain?
