I threw in a pack of this tea with an order I placed with Harney and sons. For the life of me I can't get it to brew up right. The directions say 1 tsp in 175 water for 3 min. Followed that exactly and got colorless and flavorless tea. Tried upping the amount of tea per cup and it was a little better but still very weak. Tried steeping for longer still nothing. Tried hotter water - gross. I'm using very hard well water that's been filtered through a brita pitcher. Can the water make that much difference? Anything else I can try?
