I’m going to be a junior in college in the fall. I currently have 1200 clinical hours and 50 volunteer hours. Should I continue to get more volunteer hours or should I commit to research from now on? A lot of the research opportunities at my school require you to commit to twenty hours a week. If I am going to school full time while working, I wouldn’t be able to do that while volunteering at the same time, so I need to pick one or the other. Which one is more important?
