Do I need a gum graft?
The only recession I’m experiencing really is between my front bottom teeth. I had an SRP last month. Is there a way they can fill the gap?

Should I have a follow up?
About a month ago, I had an SRP for mild periodontitis. At first, a lot of the swelling went away and there was minor bleeding, but manageable. Within this last week, the bleeding has come back a bit, with the worst of it being this morning. I brush 2x a day, floss after every meal, saltwater rinse 4-5 times a day and I use mouthwash. I woke up this morning with excessive bleeding that clotted. I was told most of my pockets were 4-6mm, and that it would take a bit extra longer for things to go away. Should I do an emergency follow up?

Any tips for Periodontal disease?
Hello! 24m here. I was diagnosed last month with mild periodontitis after noticing my gums were inflamed, bleeding a bit and the recession between my bottom front teeth. I had a deep cleaning/root scaling and planning last month and the inflammation and bleeding stopped after a couple days. I noticed that the bleeding started again and my gums feel a little sore from time to time. I do my daily brushing (now with an electric toothbrush), mouthwash, flossing and saltwater rinses.
Any tips on how I could do home remedies to stop the symptoms? I’d appreciate it because it kinda makes me think my teeth are gonna fall out 😭.
