Almost a month post op and there's a stupid tiny shard of bone like right below the surface of my gum behind one of the extraction sites. Not painful but so annoying. Like it's almost out but covered in a thin layer of gum? How long will this thing take to fall out or can I take it out?? It's very small. One point is trying to emerge from the gum.

Also if not is it okay to swallow these things? Ideally I'd like to keep it as a trophy. Thanks

I can't really find a source for anyone talking about this, but why has the band used the number 88 so heavily? Are they aware of the connotation in which case is it just an unfortunate coincidence??
