Green banners on SOME of my loans
I just had my employer update my info and certify employment electronically as the faxed portion that was sent last January never was counted. I also had my old employer certify for my part time work as an RN and after much difficulty I finally got them to send in their stuff.
A few days ago some of my loans got the green banner with 123/120 payments paid so far. My 10 months w my past employer is not certified and I don’t think it will be due to part time employment during those years despite me working full time now for over 7 years. Mentally I don’t expect that it will come through but now I have 10 payments showing as not certified and green banners for my time in undergrad for my second degree. All my other loans are from graduate school. I’m kinda in limbo and got some other email this week saying the correspondence from my loan servicer may be delayed by 90 days. I don’t know if that is due to having recently uploaded my taxes from 2025 to show my salary for updates. Lots of activity and I think I’m close to having at least my undergraduate loans forgiven with about 2.5 years left or full time employment before the rest are at green banners. Wish me luck !
