looking for a reels video editing intern 🎬

need someone to help create short-form reels for my clients using VN / CapCut

what i’m looking for:
• understanding of beats + music sync
• quirky/captivating fast cuts
• basic captions + transitions
• fresh gen-z editing style
• someone active on instagram trends

mostly 15–20 second reels
remote work
you’ll be working with a team of 2 more people, not alone :)

pls don’t ask “how many videos” etc 😭
we’re still experimenting with content styles across clients

stipend: ₹2k–₹5k/month depending on skill & understanding

i'm looking for someone who is looking for brands to add to their portfolio or experiment with for their
SMM skills.

Duration: 3 months (can also extend if the work is great

Hours expected: 2-3 as per your availability (i literally only care about the work being done - whether you finish it in 2 hours or 4 is up to you!)

Work expected:
• Calendar planning (reference finding and maintaining)
• basic knowledge of designing & canva (not looking for an expert here just someone who likes designing and has an eye for aesthetics)
• should know how to edit reels (again, i'm not looking for an expert but just someone who has a basic sense of music and beats)
• caption and posting this content

Paid internship, budget 2/3k per month (depending upon quality. ofc if the work is exceptional or generally great then this stipend is bound to be increased.
