OSPW - Nolio cleanser or Cln Acne cleanser?
I’ve tried both, both are good cleansers.
I have blackheads, oily skin and am wondering which would be the better pick for morning.
I already use Dermamde meds wash at night.
Thanks :)

Hey Dr baumann, what is your best pick for dry chapped lips likely from being on accutane? i’ve been using Lansinoh with some success but want to know if there’s something better.
I am an OSPW and have acne so want to double cleanse to make sure i’m getting all my SPF off. My night time cleanser is Dermamde sulfur one.
Before cleansing with that, should i use an oil cleanser or a micellar water? Would appreciate your top recommendation for this Dr Baumann
Already on a retinol. What skincare actually helps with mild laxity (no actual loose skin). Growth factors, peptides, exosomes, dna repair?
Taking 5mg of accutane daily, routine below. Accutane is just for mild acne and oil control. My main concerns are acne and melasma.
I want to make sure I’m targeting aging and I’m unsure if Differin is good enough for that. My skin cannot tolerate tretinoin while on super low dose accutane.
AM
Cln Acne Cleanser
Cyspera
Isdin Sunscreen
PM
Dermamade Sulfur Cleanser
Plated Intense
Dermamade Melafade
Differin Cream
SkinFix Water Cream
Neocutis Eye Cream
I am thinking of switching the differin out for a gentle retinol like Alastin or something from STS.
Is Nolio cleanser in the morning and Dermamde sulfur cleanser at night a good routine? I have very oily skin and the nolio one seems gentle.
From reading all the comments and posts here, I've realised there's a real gap in the market for truly non-comedogenic moisturisers that are lightweight and provide meaningful benefits—whether that's reducing redness or soothing skin that's been irritated by actives.
Dr. Baumann has the Nolio range for oily skin types, and I thought it would be interesting to brainstorm as a group about what we'd want in an ideal moisturiser, what ingredients we'd absolutely want to avoid, and what a reasonable price point would be. Personally, I think USD $30–40 for 50ml is fair.
Things I definitely don't want to see:
Any oils of any kind
Potentially comedogenic ingredients such as palmitic acid, ethyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, ceteareth-20, fatty alcohols, or polysorbates
Ingredients I'd love to see included:
Panthenol
Beta-glucan
Centella asiatica extract
Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline
Sodium hyaluronate
Copper PCA
Allantoin
Zinc PCA
Guaiazulene
Imperata cylindrica (cogon grass) root extract
Palmitoyl hexapeptide-12
I really value Dr. Baumann's philosophy and already follow an STS routine with great results, so having a Nolio moisturiser designed around those principles would be amazing.
What would everyone else want to see in their ideal moisturiser?
i’m getting electrocautery for some sebaceous hyperplasia. what products can i use to heal? i was thinking of alastin nectar for one week after i get it done tomorrow . and how long should i wait before using my differin again?
i’m using arbutase and sal acid pads i get from my derm. and tretinoin. how do i add in intense serum?
i dont have time to use anything other than sunscreen in the morning so i am planning to use plated just once a day. is that a waste of time?
Is my 5mg of accutane daily safe? Is it necessary to reach cumulative dose with low dose accutane?
And I noticed some dermatologists in Asia recommend a light retinol or Differin to use alongside low dose accutane. Is this a new approach?
Would appreciate Dr Baumann’s input! I am looking to target just oil and pore size and mild acne. I am using a STS routine with good success but skincare does very little for my acne and oil.
