Hey Chicago! I’m making my way to the city for my MSW at UChicago, and I’m on the hunt for a solid place to call home from this fall through Spring 2028.

To keep things simple and adhere to the sub rules, here is exactly what I’m looking for:

• Move-in range: September move-in (ideally aiming for the 23rd, but I have a little flexibility for the right place), looking for a long-term situation or ability to renew through Spring 2028.
• Price: $2,400/month, absolute maximum (this budget must include parking).
• Location: I need to be no more than a 15-minute drive from the UChicago campus. Open to neighborhoods like Hyde Park, Woodlawn, Kenwood, South Loop, etc.
• SQ: Minimum 800 sq ft. I need a bit of space to breathe, study, and relax!
• Bed/Bath: 1 or 2 bedrooms.
• Pets: None! (Just me, no dog or cat).
• Amenities: Must have in-unit laundry, central air, and an elevator in the building.

I'm super responsible, bringing great energy to the city, and ready to lock something down. If you know of any great buildings, reliable property management companies, or have a unit opening up that fits the vibe, please let me know.
