I have my second interview with Intuitive coming up with the Regional Manager for a CTA role. I’ve already been proactive and reached out to all the reps I’d potentially be working with, including the current CTA I’d be replacing. Everyone has been super helpful and I’ve tried to learn as much as possible about the team and culture going into this interview.

For anyone who has interviewed with Intuitive or worked there — do you have any advice for this stage of the process? What kinds of questions should I expect from the Regional Manager? Anything you wish you would’ve known beforehand?
