I am a dental hygiene student and in my oral path class we need to find and present a pathology to our class on something we find in clinic.
I need to get the opinion from an oral surgeon and dentist on what this could be.
It looks like something is going on the mandible on this patient particularly on the left side. He has severe perio and has not been to a dentist in a very long time.
