I had a corneal transplant last year and was recently diagnosed with glaucoma. My eye pressure was around 24–25, and I’ve started pressure-lowering drops.

Has anyone else dealt with this after their transplant? Were you able to keep it under control with drops, or did you eventually need other treatment? Has it affected your graft or vision over time?

Honestly, it’s frustrating to go through the transplant and recovery, then have another eye issue thrown at you. Still wrapping my head around it.

Would appreciate hearing your experiences—especially from anyone who’s been managing both for a while. Anything you wish you’d known early on, or specific questions you’d recommend asking my ophthalmologist?
