Sibo oxalates parasites mycotoxines
Hello,
I have discovered all the causes of my three types of SIBO — hydrogen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide — as well as my severe dysbiosis: parasites and mycotoxins.
I do not break down oxalates properly. I am experiencing oxalate dumping.
I feel stuck because I need to treat the parasites, probably with Alinia. I am lacking good bacteria. I have severe digestive histamine intolerance. I also have damage or irritation affecting my sensory and digestive nerves, and I can’t manage to take anything to support my gut lining or calm the neuroinflammation related to a lack of butyrate and mucin.
Butyrate causes gastroparesis for me. Colostrum ferments. NAG also ferments. I tolerate zinc L-carnosine, but it does not resolve the nerve issues.
Treatments that seem to act in the opposite direction of my prokinetic, prucalopride — such as butyrate, magnesium malate, and binders — cause gastroparesis for me.
I can’t take minerals or vitamins orally because the excipients ferment in my mouth. I have oral dysbiosis. I was able to try rifaximin, but it made me worse; the excipients fermented in my mouth. I also tried herbal treatments, but I could not tolerate them because of my oxalate issues and nerve pain.
Medications for nerve pain, such as gabapentin, slow down my motility and make me constipated, and I already tend to be constipated.
I have been offered a fecal microbiota transplant, but the risk is that it could trigger oxalate dumping. I don’t know how to manage my situation.
I have seen several practitioners, but I have not received care that feels adapted to my situation — maybe such care does not exist? I would like to be hospitalized, or at least closely monitored, given the complexity of my case.
In France, I do not feel heard. I am told that my problems are psychological and that I just need to eat everything.
I have the possibility of traveling abroad. Who could treat me? Where could I go? Could I receive intravenous infusions? A fecal microbiota transplant? Antibiotics despite the oxalate dumping? Treatment for mycotoxins?
I feel helpless.
