During onboarding and initial training, we were told by one of the managers that she loves causing drama at workplace, and also added that causing drama is important at work.

In front of us while training, she called out multiple employees about their behavior, past mistakes etc.

Is it a red flag? I just started the job. While the job is alright, the staff gives me very weird vibes.
