We have 2 rooms for some great ladies available 6/1 and 7/1 in our home 😊 It’s a fully furnished 4 bed/2 bath apartment near the JFK/UMass T stop (3 minutes walking).

The 6/1 room is currently empty and is in the lower level of the apartment, the 7/1 room is on the first floor.

• Lease runs until 8/1/27
• $1100/month + utilities (around $100/$150 depending on the season)
• The rooms are a really good size, and are the biggest rooms in the apartment. They fit a queen bed + desk + nightstand + dresser + tv
• First floor unit, in unit W/D, tandem parking, 2 living rooms, kitchen
• No pets
• Looking for a respectful, clean and chill roommate
