I’m in the market for a condo and think I finally found a product that I like. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath condo townhouse in south parkdale/edge of liberty village.

Has anyone ever resided in one of these? Either as renter or owner?

I’ve been searching for about a month and this is the first time I felt I could see myself living here. I plan to stay here for 10-15 years, potentially longer. Don’t know anyone to have ever lived in these units so any feedback is welcome!
