Has no one considered that Valve doesn't usually release major updates so close together? I think, given recent events (you know, the legal issues), it's very likely that the Major stickers will also be part of the Armory. Therefore, I wouldn't be surprised if the Armory includes the Major sticker collection next week. I don't know how they'd do it, but every day that passes without the Armory being updated strengthens this theory.

Germans can no longer buy souvenirs or capsules in any way. Many will say the same thing happened in Paris, but there they used the Link system and could buy them that way. Now Germans can't buy them at all. We've already seen that Valve wants to avoid legal issues, and the terminal system has been thoroughly tested (two already exist). Therefore, in my opinion, they'll most likely release a new system, either a terminal or an armory.
