I made a Musical.ly account when I was 11 and it turned into a TikTok account. I used a fake email so I can’t log into it anymore.

The account has videos of me as a young teenager and it’s honestly affecting my mental wellbeing now. I’m finishing uni and I really don’t want that version of me online anymore.

TikTok support replied but they’re asking for details I don’t fully remember. I can prove who I am and my age though.

Has anyone dealt with this and actually got the account removed? I feel a bit stuck.
