I received a letter from the va asking for more evidence of my stressors for PTSD. Has anybody else received this and what steps did you take?

Had my first ever C&P exam for PTSD. It went almost 2 hours. Should I be worried or is this a good sign? I went through a gambit of Emotions anger and tears flowed during questioning. Really just asking about others experiences
