Very active, restistancetraining 5 days a week, minimum 12k steps every single day.
I recently added some stuff to my base stack after some advice and discussions. My base stack was:
- Omega 3 EPA/DHA 640/480 mg
- Multivitamin bascially 200% RI from the basic vitamins
- Vitamin D3 100mcg/4000IU
- Creatine 8g
- Magnesium glycinate: 350mg
My new stack (started this week, implementing 1-2 every 3-4 days to see sideeffects):
• NMN: 350 mg
• NAC: 600 mg
• L-Theanin: 200 mg. Every now and then when extra focus is needed.
• Creatin Monohydrate: 10 g
• Berberin (Berbevis): 550 mg
• Vitamin D3 + K2: 100mcg/4000IU
• Omega-3: 640/480
• CoQ10: 100 mg
• Tongkat Ali: 1000mg
• Magnesium Glycinate: 300-400 mg
• Ashwagandha (KSM-66): 300-600 mg from time to time
• Life Extension Two-Per-Day multivitamin: When my current multivitamin is empty im changing to this which already has 100mcg D3 + other essensial vitamins and minerals
I also started taking Reta this week, starting dose: 0,05mg.
