loved the story of this character, I always like tying in my characters to the lore somehow and this was a really fun one to do. Arianna is the tarnished 6th and first bud of malenia returned to the lands between long after the battle that created her ended. Her memories tattered Arianna returns to her birthplace in the Aeonian swamp to follow in malenias footsteps. When she finds her mother waiting alone in the ruins of her home Arianna is forced to dispatch her and seeks her uncle Miquella desperate for answers.
Idk how lore accurate it is but I think the idea that Miquella betrayed and abandoned malenia and his knights for godhood makes a lot of sense. Malenia being so far gone after her first bloom that's she can't remember much except her duty and her name is an idea I love too, especially since she repeats her name after every defeat even though the tarnished has died and can't hear it. Fighting consort radahn and malenia with this sorry in mind made it feel so so much more epic.
