Picos de Europa without a car?

My friend and I (female 30's) are interested in hiking around the Picos de Europa. The issues are that we only want to spend a couple days in the area and then head to the Mediterranean coast. The other issue is that neither of us can drive manual transmissions if we rent a car. Are there any tour/ shuttles that will take us on day trips? Is there a way to get there and get around without a car? We are flying into Paris so starting our trip from there. Thank you for any insight!
