Are these subs fake?

Hi, I’ve found too subs locally which we negotiated a price on and agreed to meet at an AD to verify they are authentic. Before i drive two hours to meet them, can you Rolex pros determine if these are reps or not? There’s two, a date with no box or papers that’s about 2010 era. And a no date that’s 2024, full set.
