MacBook Pro, M3 Pro, running on Tahoe (26.4.1), but I have experienced this bug on several different machines for a couple of years now.

I am a photographer by trade so I often have to move hundreds, if not thousands, of photos at a time. Whenever I click and drag to the new folder, my mouse freaks out and jumps around. You can see it jumping back and forth on whether or not it will place the images in the target folder or the desktop. There have been a couple of times where I have gotten unlucky and it placed thousands of files on the desktop...

Anyways, if someone has experienced this bug and knows how to fix it, i'm all ears.
