Grunt Voiceline Manual

1. "THEY’RE TRYING TO CORNER US!"

Manual Instruction: Scream this at maximum volume regardless of terrain. Cornering is a state of mind. Whether standing in an open field, on top of a radio tower, or inside an actual corner, panic is your primary weapon.

2. "KEEP MOVING FORWARD!"

Manual Instruction: Issue this order while marching at a brisk walking pace directly into an enemy Scorch's thermite pool. Forward progress is non-negotiable.

3. "WE CANT STAY HERE! / MOVE, MOVE!"

Manual Instruction: Utter this the exact millisecond the floor beneath you starts glowing blue, electric, or fire-red. Spoiler: You won't move fast enough.

4. "KEEP IT TOGETHER! / STAY IN FORMATION, eyes forward!"

Manual Instruction: Bark this at the sole remaining recruit in your squad after the other three were converted into tomato soup by a Kraber sniper. Maintain military discipline at all times.

5. "WE CAN'T LET THEM PIN US DOWN, WE NEED TO MOVE!"

Manual Instruction: Deliver while being shot at by a singular spectre 300 yards away. Being pinned is- once again, a State of Mind.

6. "LOOK, A PILOT! Now the odds are in our favour."

Manual Instruction: Express supreme, unearned confidence as a friendly Pilot zips overhead at Mach 3, completely ignores your squad, and gets instantly crushed by an enemy Titan drop.

7. "BACK UP, BACK UP!"

Manual Instruction: Scream while frantically backpedaling directly into a wall as a swarm of angry orange Ticks walks toward your boots.

8. "Reinforcements, on your six!"

Manual Instruction: Announce with joy as three fresh recruits drop from the sky, immediately panic, and join you in getting cornered.

9. "KEEP FIRING!"

Manual Instruction: Standard directive for dumping a full R-201 magazine harmlessly into an Ion’s Vortex Shield, kindly charging the enemy Titan's weapon for them.

10. "Hostile Titan, HOSTILE TITAN! RUN!"

Manual Instruction: The single most logical sentence in the Militia handbook. Execute a full tactical retreat (or just throw your weapon on the ground and give up) immediately (you will last roughly 1.4 seconds).

11. "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!"

Manual Instruction: Spoken upon spotting a Reaper. The appropriate tactical response to an eight-foot-tall killer microwave hopping down from orbit to land on your collarbone.

12. "HERE THEY COME, WEAPONS FREE"

Manual Instruction: You command your squad to unleash their full Firepower (2 Hemlocks, 2 R-201s), only for them to KEEP RUNNING FORWARD.

How John Titanfall saved my life!

How John Titanfall saved my Life!

The Holo-Pilot leaned over the dropship console, his eyes wild, spit flying from his lips.

"You think the Kraber thing was crazy? That was just his warm-up."

He grabbed one of the rookies by the shoulder plates, rattling the kid's armor.

"Listen to me. The IMC got mad. They dropped a dedicated kill-squad of five Apex Predators. Cloaked, stimmed, A-Wall campers—the worst scum you can imagine. They had us completely trapped in the monolithic tower on Forwardbase Kodai. And John... John just put his sniper rifle away."

"He didn't reload. He didn't take cover. He grapple-hooked the underside of a passing IMC gunship, swung in a pendulum arc that literally broke the sound barrier, and detached."

"He hit the first cloaked pilot with a flying knee so hard it registered on the facility's seismic sensors. Before the guy's body even hit the pavement, John grabbed the second pilot by his jump-kit harness, spun him around like a flesh-and-metal flail, and used him to bludgeon the other three pilots into a fine mist."

"Five fully armored IMC elites. Wiped out in 1.2 seconds.

"But then," the Pilot whispered, his voice cracking, "the IMC commander panicked. They dropped six Tones at once. A complete, impenetrable wall of forty-millimeter cannons and tracker rockets."

"John called in his Ronin. But he didn't embark."

The rookies stared, completely paralyzed.

"He didn't get in. He stood on top of the Ronin's chassis like it was a surfboard. The Tones fired a salvo of maybe eighty missiles at him all at once. The Ronin didn't even use Sword Block. **It just dropped its broadsword, caught the entire swarm of missiles in its massive metal hands, compacted them into a single, glowing sphere of pure ordnance, and pitched it up to John."**

**"John, standing on the shoulders of his own Titan, roundhouse-kicked a compressed ball of eighty live rockets back at the IMC line. It vaporized three of the Tones instantly."**

**"The lead IMC pilot panicked and initiated a Nuclear Eject. The core went critical, the white light started blinding us all. But John's Ronin just stepped forward, grabbed the ejecting pilot straight out of the air, shoved him \*back\* into the exploding cockpit, and held the hatch shut. The entire nuclear blast was contained inside the chassis. The Ronin just dusted its hands off."**

The dropship bay was dead silent. The only sound was the hum of the hyper-drive spooling up.

"I walked up to him," the Holo-Pilot breathed, staring blankly at the metal floor. "I asked him... how? How do you break the laws of physics, the game's code, and reality itself?"

"He didn't even look at me. He just adjusted his headset. The fabric of the lobby was starting to tear apart from his sheer Actions-Per-Minute. The skybox was glitching out, colors bleeding everywhere. He looked up at the crumbling digital sky, and he whispered..."

"Every Titan has its fall."

"And then he disconnected, leaving us with a 600-point lead."
