Need a solution
We moved into an individual house of 830 sft land and 3 g+2 floor recently in bangalore. We bought this 10 year old building, renovated and now it's livable. This is our first experience in staying or owing an individual house in bangalore. We used to stay in apartments only before this. The problem is We have a neighbour who is old like 70, she has rented her ground floor and second floor and lives on first floor. She wont fix anything around her house ,her own plumbing lines also. In their place she has a leakage from kitchen lines and this part faces our staircase. Very bad smell and also mosquito, redents issue. I have tried telling her multiple times to fix it but she ignores. I put max effort in keeping my place clean and also the road in front but is very painful to suffer because what others are doing. What can be done here to amicably solve the issue. She will start fighting with me if I talk to her on this anymore which I wish to avoid. I have added the pic in comments
