Time to get my dog neutered.
Hey everyone!
I live in Florida and have an almost 2 year old Australian Shepherd. I'm about ready to get him neutered. I went to the vet the other day just to get some updated vaccinations where they asked me about neutering and told me they would send over a quote to my email about the cost of having him neutered and oh boy was I surprised. They put that on the low end it would be about $700 and on the high end about $830.
Is this normal for the amount of getting a dog neutered or should I try to go elsewhere for a better pricing? I was somehow under the impression that getting something like this done would have been around $300. Any info would be greatly appreciate. Thank you!
*EDIT: He's about 65lbs*
