Betssen capped my winnings AFTER accepting withdrawal and gameplay – warning to players

Just sharing my experience with Betssen because I think people should understand the counterparty risk before playing there.
I ran up my balance to around €6,600 playing slots legitimately (mainly Gates of Olympus / Sweet Bonanza). The winnings were credited normally and displayed in my account balance.
After the win:
I submitted a withdrawal request of around €3,000
the system accepted it
my remaining playable balance adjusted normally
and the casino continued allowing gameplay/wagers afterward
Only later did support tell me my winnings would be capped to €2,500 because of a “50x last deposit” rule tied to a €50 deposit.
So after:
the winnings were already credited,
the withdrawal request was accepted,
and gameplay continued,
they retroactively reduced/confiscated about €4,100 from the balance.
Important point:
They never accused me of:
cheating
fraud
bonus abuse
multiple accounts
This was purely their interpretation of a payout limitation rule.
I understand casinos have Terms & Conditions, but in my opinion if a balance is considered invalid or capped:
the withdrawal should be rejected immediately,
gameplay should stop immediately,
and the balance should not continue functioning like real money.

Just posting this so other players are aware and can decide for themselves whether they’re comfortable with that kind of payout enforcement.
