I am in need of a loan shark in Philly. I understand and accept the risks because I know I can repay what I say.

I was laid off in the beginning of the year for 2 months, and I’m still playing catch up. I have my employment back now, however I’m still in this hole and I need a peace of mind. Someone please point me in the right direction.
