Should I buy a gutter machine?

I currently own a roofing company (2 years running, no sales guys) and things are pretty slow right now. I still do enough to make a living but no where near where I want to be. Most of my work is retail since I’m solo (low overhead) and there’s not been a damaging hail storm near my area in 3 years.
I have connections with builders, property managers, and home owners. There’s always a need for 5/6in gutters. I usually just sub it out or pass it off, but there is almost no money in it for me.
When roofing is slow like it is now, I need something to do. I drive myself crazy once I’m caught up on roof replacements and repairs.
I’ve offered to go work with a couple company’s for free for a few weeks to get the hang of it, but I’m not sure they will be comfortable literally training their competition…
It would be about a 20-25k investment for me for a new machine and enclosed trailer with tools etc. so I just would like to get your opinion on if I’m being bored and dreaming
TIA!
P.s. I have a baby now so I feel like a bum when I’m just sitting at home all day after running an inspection or giving a quote.
