These are pictures of my front steps. On a few of the steps, I can feel a little bit of movement by hand. But none of the bricks are themselves individually loose. I know they will eventually need repointing, but my question is how urgent this work is. Something that needs to happen now, should've happened yesterday, or can wait another season.
Estimates I've gotten so far range from $1800 to $2800 to repoint and re-lay, as well as masonry sealant at the end. This is my first home and first time dealing with this, so I'm looking for a sanity check.
