Are there any good alternatives to Vantage Markets?

Thinking about switching from Vantage Markets. It's not that they're terrible, I just feel like there might be better options now that the space is so crowded.

What's the best alternative right now? Mostly trading forex and some indices.

Has anyone actually used BrightFunded? Reviews?

I keep seeing BrightFunded mentioned but I can't tell if the reviews online are real or just affiliates pushing their links.

Has anyone here actually traded with them for a few months? How are the spreads and do they actually process withdrawals on time?

Has anyone used Trade the Pool?

I'm looking into prop firms and prefer trading U.S. equities over futures because it fits my schedule better.

Has anyone used Trade The Pool? I'd love to hear your experience with the platform, rules, and payouts. Thanks!

Are trading Gurus Like Ross Cameron really making $400K a month?

I just watched a video on Ross Cameron's website where he claims to have made $400,000 in January.

For those of you actively day trading, are any of you seeing profits anywhere close to that?

Do you think earnings like this are legitimate, and if so, what's the real "secret sauce" behind achieving that level of consistency?

Realistically, how much do full-time day traders actually make?

Most consistently profitable day traders (1–5 years in) don’t make the big online numbers. Many earn modest returns that can range from a few thousand to maybe low–mid five figures a year, and income is often inconsistent month to month.

A small minority scale to six figures or more, but for most, it’s closer to supplemental income than a stable high salary.

Bullwaves vs FTMO? Looking for alternatives

I've been with FTMO for a while and they're solid, but I'm looking to diversify my funded accounts. I keep seeing Bullwaves (the prop firm, not Prime) popping up.

Has anyone traded with both? How do the spreads and payout speeds compare? FTMO is the gold standard but I'm wondering if Bullwaves is a viable alternative or if I should stick to what I know.

FundingTraders Prop Firm

Has anyone here tried FundingTraders? Their pricing seems reasonable, but the rules feel a bit unclear, and I’ve also seen mixed reviews. What’s been your experience with them??

If Day Trading Is Profitable, Why Do Studies Say Most Traders Don’t Make Much?

I’m confused about day trading profitability. On one hand, there are stories of traders making significant money, but on the other hand, studies suggest most day traders either lose money or only earn around minimum wage levels on average. The situation is made more confusing by the number of scams and “gurus” online, which makes it hard to tell what’s real. Is day trading actually viable, or is it mostly unrealistic for most people?

I’m not a regular in this space and don’t mean to discourage anyone, but I’m genuinely curious, do you believe it’s possible to make a sustainable living through day trading?

There’s a lot of evidence suggesting that most traders underperform the S&P 500 index. That makes me wonder if the small percentage who are profitable are simply benefiting from luck. For example, if 1.5 million people flip a coin 10 times, a few will naturally get 9–10 tails in a row, it looks impressive, but it’s still just chance. Could trading success work in a similar way?

I’m open to changing my perspective, but considering that massive firms with billions in resources and access to superior information are constantly competing in the market, it seems unlikely that individual traders can consistently outperform them.

What are your thoughts on this?
