I’m renting a room (shared kitchen with landlord) with a lease extension until August 31st. My landlord did indicate if I need to leave give reasonable notice. I just give a 30 days notice, leaving an 86 day gap. I’m willing to post and find a suitable replacement. Is there anything else to be mindful of? Thanks in advance.
