Can anybody help me with PC recommendations?

I have no idea what I'm doing here. Sorry if this is the wrong sub. I'm looking to buy a new PC cause mine is really starting to die, it's apparently nearly impossible to update to better hardware, and it's horrible for nowadays and can hardly run Chrome without being overloaded, so I've been looking to get a new one!

I'm mostly looking for prebuilt, but building one myself should be fine as long as there's a video tutorial for it, as I don't feel comfortable building it from scratch by myself cause I'm scared I'll break the parts.

My budget is $2000 USD, and I live in the USA

I don't have many specifications, but I'd like:

-32gb+ memory out of the box, preferably (Or a recommended card I can buy to install myself, I already know how to do that, but still prefer 32 out of the box since I don't have an antistatic mat yet)

-Compatible and at least decent with VR games (Steam VR and VR Minecraft)

-Able to run heavily modded MC with shaders on (Basically able to at least decently run the new GTA game, I like lots of mods)

-At least 2 monitor ports (My current setup only has 1, and I'd love to have 2 ports for a second monitor)

-Able to be upgraded for when the hardware starts to go bad/get outdated (My current is a Cyberpower, and I heard those are notoriously difficult to upgrade to better specs)

-Preferably Windows 11 (Not enough software compatibility on Linux as much as I hate Windows. If there's a really good one with Linux, I'll try it, but preferably Windows if possible)

Any help is greatly appreciated. If I can put this on other subs, that would be helpful. Any recommendations would be great! If I put the price point too low, sorry, I don't know how much good PCs go for nowadays (My last one was either 1.3 or 1.5k, I can't remember, and was from around 2020)
