I have a level 53 account with 60,000/70,000 EXP. Should I upgrade to level 54 (level 15 tower) before the update or not? I think, based on what I've read, that it won't make a difference since I will already be level 15 after the update, as I have many level 14 cards. The only advantage to going to level 54 is to collect the chest. Also, I have some masteries to collect. Should I take them or not? I don't know if I will lose the gems and cards if I don't collect them.

Yes, this was an account at level 14 that I was trying to push to 14,000 trophies. But now that will go to waste🥲
