I (23F) have recently joined gym and was suggested a normal 1 muscle per day split, chest on monday , back on tues like this. My weight is 33.6kg and height is 4’11. Since 2 weeks i am following the above mentioned split with a calorie surplus diet. As i am a student right now, i cant afford Personal Training and some people suggested me to do 2 muscle per day split given my low body weight. If anyone can please suggest what kind of split i should be following it would be really helpful.
