Hi, I got the green light that I can return back to running I have been fine until last week I went for a run and my leg was aching. The next day it started to swell behind the knee and shorting pain running from the left side of my knee down May calf to my toe. Then yesterday when carrying my food shopping I turned and felt a pop and my leg nearly gave way. I have had it elevated the pain until he back of my knee is throbbing and it’s really worrying me any advice would be appreciated
