So I wanna know what others experience during/after sweating so people who run, cycle, sports, gym, physical labor etc. sweat and stress can lead to worsening and flare ups, I myself like to be active and I play sports 1-3 times out of the week and I sweat quite a lot during this period and I don’t really feel like there’s a correlation between the sweat and my scalp but I kinda want to be even more active and start running again and more gym time so that would increase the sweating almost to a daily basis at that point
But I’m heavily concerned it’s gonna affect my scalp in a bad way
So I’m curious how others experience this and if you guys have any pro tips or advice.
