Looking for suggestions on a website that is free or inexpensive (under $150 a year) which will specifically do this-
*allow me to create a watchlist (or portfolio) in which I can add a bunch of symbols at once (either via csv or pasting a string of symbols separated by comma) IE not have to enter one at a time
*shows ratings for each
*lets me download that list with those ratings and even some other basic data

I do this on Barchart (plus level) and Zacks (free) already, but want a 3rd one

Seeking Alpha and Morningstar are a bit too expensive
