Hey everyone,

I’m a GEM Fresher joining a Tier-1 MBA program this year . My profile is 9/8/7 (10th/12th/Grad), and I’m coming from a Tier-2 UG college.

My biggest concern right now is my resume. Being a fresher, I only have one internship on my plate, and it was at EY. With the Summer Internship Placement (SIP) season looming in a few months, I’m feeling the "fresher anxiety."

• How do I fill up my CV so it doesn’t look like a blank sheet of paper?
• How much will that '7' in my graduation hurt my shortlists for Consulting/IB?
• Are there specific certifications or live projects I should grind out before the term starts?

Looking for advice from seniors or folks who were in the same boat. What’s the play here to get decent shortlists?
