My striker got injured during the match and I substituted her. When the match ended, the injury had disappeared. Then, I went into my squad using the Paletools app (Paledroid) and activated the option to show hidden injuries just out of curiosity, and she really does have a hidden injury. Does this really exist? If I play her like this, will she be nerfed?

I know that if I use the injury consumable on her, this hidden injury will disappear, but what about those who don't use this app to check for hidden injuries? Are they disadvantaged?
