Hey! For context: I built a detached garage on my property, got water hooked up to it, Im on well + septic (typical setup for Canada out of the city), the plumbers who connected the water line suggested connecting to a T between the well and the house (between the welll pump and the house) - they said it be fine. Its all done, burried etc now.
But I only get pressure in the garage when the well pump turns on (so when water is being hsed in the house).
Chat GPT says its due to check valve between pressure tank and the well line. It recommends adding just a pressure tank in garage to fix the issue (no pressure switch etc). I want it for a wet bar, and hopefully a hose to wash the cars.

Is adding just a pressure tank just good to fix my issue? Could the check valve be removed instead?
