Looking for advice and previous experience.

I’m considering retrofitting an AliExpress crystal knob to my 2018 XC40.

I have found that the 2017-2019 shifter design is, under the surface, a very different design than the 2020-2022 version. And the aftermarket crystal knobs tend to be made for the latter.

Has anyone 3D printed a modified metal shifter stick to fit the aftermarket ones?
If so, can you share the 3D model file? And perhaps a picture of the finished result?
