Strange happenings
I’ve been on Cambly since 2018, and honestly, I’ve never seen it this bad before. Usually I’m booked up 2–3 weeks in advance without even thinking about it, but these last few weeks have been really strange. I’ve actually had to go back to doing Priority Hours again, which I haven’t needed to do in years.
What’s confusing is that my stats are still solid, 100% attendance, 100% rating, so on paper nothing has changed. But it almost feels like my profile just isn’t being shown to new students anymore. The odd thing is, whenever I open a Priority Hour, I suddenly start getting bookings and new students again.
So it makes me wonder if some of us are being quietly pushed down in the algorithm unless we’re actively doing PHs. Maybe I’m wrong, but after this many years on the platform, you notice when something suddenly feels different.
Has anyone else noticed any strange happenings?
