Wondering everyone's recent experience getting a reply back from Prolific support? Is it anywhere near the 5 business days they claim? Do they prioritize more urgent requests, or is it just a simple queue? I've been unable to cash out for a week due to an "issue" with Hyperwallet, despite cashing out dozens of times before with no issues. One would think holding somebody's funds in limbo would rise to the level of an urgent request, but I don't sense that there's any kind of triage.
