Do the PBQ’s really account for 35-37% of points on the exam?!

I took the official practice exam laid out in the course materials(to go to the v2 site) and failed it after passing afew others on the old version..

Upon looking at the answers I failed because none of my PBQ’s were completed.. I ONLY HAD 3 PBQ’S ON THE PRACTICE EXAM and I completed 2 of them and left one blank.

Needless to say, I’m going to study these and become a PBQ PRO.

But in all seriousness, can anyone elaborate on if just 3 PBQ’s really accounts for 35-37% of the actual exam score?!?!
