Tips and tricks

Good afternoon folks, hope all is well!

Got an academy coming up in a month, super excited and nervous about it. Been running 2-3 miles daily just to be prepared, but I’m still afraid that I’m not living up to the expectations. I’m expecting to get smoked a lot, but I had a pretty knee injury at my previous job and I’m slowly recovering. Conditioning and muscle mass aren’t as good as I used to be. Any suggestions are appreciate it from everybody. Thank you so much and stay safe out there!
