Uni student (19) with 125k to invest, paid off house and finding the right equity splits and brokerage platforms.

Sold of my portfolio in november due to lack of confidence in the markets – ready to phase back in but at a reduced risk rate (traded small caps from 11 years old). I used to invest through a private wealth firm but fees getting to high per trade so rotating to a brokerage platform – anyone recommend any specific one for my circumstance? (open to having more then one account eg: trading derivatives on Tigertrade). I also have a house thats fully paid off (do i use some of this to put a down on a house instead and use current house as collateral) although im still a uni student with no income? How do i find the right equity splits that still show long term safe growth with some exposure to short term risk? how do these online brokers deal with the FIF regime? Do i DCA in for long term etfs? I plan on having a income next year in the field of wealth management.
